PT Solutions is looking for an experienced Clinician to float across the Marietta/Kennesaw/Dallas region.  This person will help balance PTO requests, volume spikes, and specialty care needs.  Our goal is to create a work environment for clinicians to thrive while helping individuals regain their mobility, independence, and overall well-being through personalized treatment plans and compassionate care.  This position will be ideal for someone who is looking for some flexibility in their schedule.

Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditionsDevelop and implement personalized treatment plans to achieve patient goalsProvide hands-on manual therapy and specialized exerciseWork collaboratively with physical therapists and physical therapist assistants to ensure optimal patient careManage patient caseload and documentation using electronic medical record software

Qualifications

Graduate of an APTA or CAPTE approved physical therapy programState licensureBasic Life Support certification from the American Heart AssociationAbility to manage a caseload of 10-12 patients per dayExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively with a team

Clinic Hours: Monday- Thursday 7:00am-7:00pm, Friday 7:00am-5:00pm

 

Base Salary: $75,000 - $105,000 / year + monthly patient incentive bonuses starting at treating 9 patients a day

 

**Now offering sign on bonuses up to $30,000 in select locations!**

 

(Any posted pay range considers multiple compensations factors including background, experience, and work location while also allowing for salary growth within the position.)
