We’re growing fast and we’re looking for YOU.  NFS Outpatient Therapists work collaboratively with clients to help them access their core strengths to be their best selves and realize their full potential, utilizing a variety of approaches such as individual, couple, family, and group psychotherapy.  JOIN US AND MAKE A REAL DIFFERENCE IN THE LIVES OF CHILDREN, ADULTS, OR FAMILIES!    Check out our new rates! Earn what you're worth, doing what you love!   Compensation:    Fee for Service:  $45/hour for MA Level  $50-$55/hour MA level with initial license or additional language capacity  $55-$60/hour with initial license and additional language capacity / high level of experience  $65-$70/hour for independent license      Salary:   Full Time   $64,000 - $72,000            Incentive for on-site:  50% in person over a 3 month span will earn $750  75% in person over a 3 month span will earn $1000  90% and above in person over a 3 month span $1250        Premiums paid for:  Non-English language capacity  Experience  Select clinical specialties            Qualifications:   Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field required    Independent Clinical License within 2 years Current license in the state of Massachusetts a plus Requires excellent time-management skills with ability to work independently and as part of a team  Ability to manage one's own schedule with client outreach.
