Job Summary: Parkview Health is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team. This role involves evaluating and treating patients to improve mobility, function, and overall well-being. Qualifications: Education & Licensure: + Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy. + Degree requirements: + Bachelor’s degree required if graduated before January 1, 2016. + Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) required if graduated after January 1, 2016. + International candidates must hold at least a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy; a DPT is preferred. + Must hold or be eligible to receive a Physical Therapist license in the state where services will be provided. + State licensure must be obtained within 90 days of employment. + CPR certification required or must be obtained within 90 days of employment. + Must maintain all certifications and licensure in accordance with expiration dates. Experience: + Work experience preferred but not required beyond clinical training. Additional Requirements: + American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) membership preferred. + Must have strong verbal and written communication skills. + Ability to lift 50 lbs., assist with 100 lbs., and push up to 300 lbs. + Must be willing to work at multiple locations as assigned. + If assigned to drive a company vehicle, a valid driver’s license is required. + If using a personal vehicle, proof of insurance is required in addition to a valid driver’s license.
