Outpatient PTA

Qualifications:

Must have an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program. Must hold or be eligible to obtain a PTA license in the state where services will be provided within 90 days of employment. CPR certification is required or must be obtained within 90 days of employment. All certifications and licensure must be maintained according to their expiration dates.

Preferences:

Membership in the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) is preferred. Work experience is preferred but not required, aside from clinical experience gained during educational training.

Additional Requirements:

If driving a company vehicle, a valid driver’s license is required. For personal vehicle use, proof of insurance and a valid driver’s license are also required. Must be able to lift 50 pounds, assist with lifting 100 pounds, and may need to push up to 300 pounds. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Must be willing to work at other locations as assigned.
