Compensation: Starting at $19/hr
Join us as a Rehab Therapy Technician II. In this role, you will ensure compliance with resident care policies, assist with treatment area preparation and patient transport, maintain rehab equipment, and handle scheduling. You will also manage departmental reports and records, and provide respectful support to residents, families, and visitors.

Ensuring the resident care policies and procedures are followed in compliance with applicable quality of care standards.Assisting clinical rehabilitation staff with the preparation of treatment area, customer transport (ambulatory or wheelchair) to and from the Rehab department.Assisting with patient treatment only under the approved supervisory rules and regulations pertaining to each disciplineMaintaining the cleaning, maintenance, and inventory of all Rehab equipment.Scheduling rehabilitation appointments.Consistently and appropriately responding to the needs and concerns of residents, families, and visitors in a pleasant, respectful, and courteous manner.Maintain all departmental reports, statistics, and record systems compliant with policy and privacy standards. This may include running reports, generating reports, completing billing, faxing, filing, copying, and other clerical and analytical responsibilities.What you will need
CPR CertificationMinimum of 1 year of related experience; experience working with geriatrics preferredDetail-oriented, self-motivated, and adaptable, with the ability to work independently in a dynamic environmentPlease note that specific state regulations and requirements may be applicable.
