Outpatient - Charge Nurse

Right now we have an opportunity for a Charge Nurse/Ward Sister to join our team at The Rowley hospital Stafford.

The Role:

Working as part of the wider clinical team to provide a high standard of efficient, individualised patient care. A strong communicator with exceptional standards for customer service standards. Adhering to all of Ramsay’s policies and procedures to ensure the best possible clinical outcomes for patients. A strong advocate of the Ramsay Way and People Caring for People, we actively encourage newly qualified nurses to apply for this position.

We are currently looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Charge Nurse to join the Outpatient Team on a full time basis. We are able to support training and development to new candidates to deliver a high standard of clinical care whilst ensuring patient safety, dignity and confidentiality.

Help lead the team by working closely with the Ward Manager.You will be an integral part of a team who are committed to delivering the highest quality clinical outcomes.We love people with a positive, “can do” attitude who want to make a difference in their work. Registered nursing qualification or equivalentLeadership experience within a Hospital environment.Registered with the NMCRecent post qualification surgical experienceExperience of a team approach to care deliverySound written and verbal communication skills Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as requiredFlexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the businessDemonstrated Customer Service skillsDemonstrated Computer Skills
