We are seeking a Program Director to join our team in Baton Rouge, LA.

 

Join an exciting opportunity to launch and lead Merakey’s new outpatient substance use disorder program. As the Program Director, you will be pivotal in overseeing daily operations, driving program implementation, and evaluating outcomes to ensure quality and effectiveness. Reporting directly to the Senior Executive Director, you’ll shape the program’s success and impact while potentially managing a small caseload during the initial growth phase. This is a unique chance to build a transformative program from the ground up.

 

Earn $35.00/hour + mileage reimbursement

 

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic plans to increase ACT program visibility; foster relationships with healthcare providers, social service agencies, and community organizations; represent the program at events and initiatives. Build partnerships with hospitals, crisis centers, and local organizations; maintain and analyze referral data to optimize intake processes and program reach. Manage social media presence, create engaging content, and distribute materials to highlight ACT services and impact; support digital campaigns and refine strategies based on engagement data. Organize meetings, respond to stakeholder inquiries, and ensure effective follow-up on tasks and deliverables. Schedule and facilitate appointments, compile agendas, and support seamless communication with community partners and internal teams.
