Description Robert Half is partnering with a dynamic client in Poway, CA, to find a motivated and personable Outreach Coordinator. This role is perfect for an individual who is passionate about community engagement and enjoys educating diverse groups about impactful programs. As an Outreach Coordinator, you will visit various locations—such as schools, community centers, and events—to share program details and build meaningful relationships. Responsibilities: + Represent the organization by visiting schools, community groups, and other venues to educate individuals about the company's program. + Deliver engaging and informative presentations designed to reach and resonate with target audiences. + Develop outreach strategies to improve community awareness and increase program participation. + Coordinate event logistics, including scheduling visits, securing meeting spaces, and preparing materials. + Foster positive relationships with school administrators, community leaders, and other key stakeholders to promote the program. + Track outreach activities and program participation, providing regular feedback and updates to management. + Collaborate with internal teams to ensure messaging and materials align with program goals and organizational values. + Continuously assess outreach efforts and recommend adjustments to improve outcomes. Requirements + Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Education, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. + 2+ years of experience in community outreach, program coordination, or a related role. + Strong presentation and public speaking skills, with the ability to effectively engage diverse audiences. + Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong community relationships. + Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple events and schedules simultaneously. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and social media platforms. + Flexibility to travel locally and work occasional evenings or weekends based on outreach needs. + A passion for community engagement and making a positive impact.
