As an Outreach Engineer here at Honeywell, you will play a key role in our Commercial & Industrial Demand Response Program. While you will work remotely in regards to a Honeywell office, you must be based out of the Greater New Orleans, Louisiana area, due to frequent travel to customer sites within the New Orleans Parish.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
\n\nAssist the outreach team in identifying viable candidates for the program\nEstablish contact with customers to explain program benefits\n\nDemonstrate the financial benefits of participating in the DR program\nCandidate must be able to explain product features and technical procedures in clear language that is easily understood by all audiences.\n\n\nOvercome customer objections and concerns\nResponsible for the collection of data, such as utility bills, runtime reports, trend reports, and rate schedules required for analysis and reporting of savings results.\nPrepare demand response reports and presentations for potential and existing customers\n\nReview bid/contract packages for quality assurance\n\n\nInterface with local contractor teams to ensure project implementation is executed within the specified timeline and SOW\nDevelop, update, and maintain customer tracking reports\nStrong work ethic, with the ability to self-manage daily work schedule and performance, with limited supervision\nExcellent oral and written communication skills\n\n\n

YOU MUST HAVE
\n\nMinimum of 1-year experience with determining energy use and cost at the building level for Energy Savings Calculations\nMinimum of 1-year experience with collecting Building Management System (BMS) or utility data for analysis and reporting of savings results\nThe successful candidate must have a driving record acceptable to Honeywell\n\n\n
