BayCare Health Systems is currently seeking an Outreach Prevention Facilitator to join our outstanding and compassionate team in Spring Hill!

Facility: BayCare Behavioral Health Location: Spring HillStatus: Full-Time, Exempt: NoShift Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Weekend Work: Yes On Call: No

The Outreach Prevention Facilitator is responsible for:

Providing services that preclude, forestall, or impede the development of substance abuse problems, by increasing awareness through information, education, and alternative-focused activities. Maintains collaborations with community agencies and providers.

Extensive travel is required, will perform other duties as assigned.

Required Certification/License:

BLS (Basic Life Support) Driver's License

Required Education:

Bachelors degree - Human Services

Experience:

1 years of substance abuse experience is required
