Outreach & Sales Director
We are looking for an Outreach & Sales Director to join our team in Fridley, MN! This position creates and implements a marketing plan aimed at maintaining full occupancy for the Ebenezer housing community. This position is based primarily in the community and significant time is devoted to working with external referral resources. Establishes and supports a sales and marketing plan aimed at full occupancy Promotes positive customer relations Serves as resource to residents/tenants and families seeking information Assumes special projects as assigned Must be able to work occasional evenings or weekend hours Must be able to travel locally to meet with prospects and community resources Must be able to accommodate “drop-in” tours and resident/family requests Required: Bachelor's Degree: Marketing/Communications or equivalent experience Minimum Three Years –successful occupancy development experience Basic computer skills: MS Office, word processing, spreadsheets & database management Preferred: Other License/Certification/Registration: List – Aging Services of Minnesota Sales and Marketing Certificate Three to five years of previous experience Experience in presentations using PowerPoint Graphics or Layout programs including Quark, PageMaker, PhotoShop
