We have an outstanding Contract position for an Outreach Specialist to join a leading Company located in the Temple Hills, MD surrounding area.
Pay Rate: $25
Responsibilities:Conduct outreach by visiting shelters, treatment programs, transitional housing, and other community locations where homeless veterans may be.Maintain a database of client information and referrals to track program engagement.Schedule screenings and arrange transportation for veterans seeking support.Assist in transporting clients to program events and essential appointments.
Basic Hiring Criteria:Bachelor's degree in Social Services or related field.Experience working with homeless individuals and/or veterans.
