As an Outside Commercial Sales Representative, you will be responsible for a sales area. This includes selling new tires and services, and related products to existing customers as well as the development of new accounts. You will be responsible for sales volume to achieve goals established by management.
COMPENSATION: $50,000-$120,000/yr
Responsibilities:
Drive commercial Fleet, TBR, and AG business by calling on new and existing customersAbility to use multiple strategies to reach goalsPractice within a safe working environment and ensure all safety procedures are followed on jobsitesEffectively communicate with customers and team members (e-mail, phone, computer/internet) including strong end user presentation skills.Work in a team environment including store manager, AR, service tech, warehouse, and district management. Ability to follow processes and procedures to ensure proper billing and delivery of tires and serviceDeliver/pick up tires and wheels, paperwork, and coordinate servicePerform fleet surveys and effectively communicate needs based on resultsWork with store manager and district management to ensure proper inventory is available for customer needsUnderstand customers’ business to ensure proper application of tire and service needsproduct knowledge (Tires, Wheels, Equipment, Service)Requirements:
Valid driver’s license21 years of ageMaintain professional appearance and demeanorWork with minimal supervisionSales experience in the commercial and agricultural tire industry preferredExcellent communication skillsStrong time management skillsProficiency in computer applications and phone apsPhysical Requirements:
Ability to lift, pull, and push at least 50 lbs.Ability to work in a fast-paced continually changing environment
