Here's what you'll be doing:
Develop and execute a plan to grow the fleet service department by identifying and securing new business opportunities
Proactively cold call, visit, and build relationships with commercial businesses, government agencies, and fleet operators
Manage and service fleet accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying growth opportunities
Achieve or exceed sales goals while ensuring high-quality service delivery
Address customer service issues and provide tailored solutions for fleet maintenance and inventory needs
Oversee administrative duties where necessary related to fleet sales, including contracts, forecasting, and payments
Here’s what you’ll need:
Minimum of 1 year of commercial/fleet sales experience preferred
Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management (preferably in the automotive, fleet, or service industry)
Strong prospecting skills with the ability to identify and convert leads into long-term business partnerships
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong drive to succeed
Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams
Basic understanding of fleet maintenance and service operations is a plus
Must be 18 years or older and be authorized to work in the U.S
High School Diploma or equivalent
Valid in-state driver’s license
