What You'll Do Effectively communicate detailed information on products and services provided to both established and potential customers Demonstrate all phases of the sales cycle, including prospecting, acquiring, identifying and qualifying customers Develop new business; source leads and referrals Organize joint sales calls with vendors and senior sales staff while generating new business and revenue through cold calling Prepare sales orders, detailed quotes, weekly sales reports while maintaining an expense account Provide detailed product quotes for construction projects Meet or exceed monthly sales budget Attend Sales meetings, trainings, and activities as required Maintain professionalism in dealing with senior professionals inside and outside the company What You'll Need Proficient at gathering market data along with negotiating, closing, and follow-up of sales orders while multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities Excellent customer service including follow through, Time management, Planning/organization and prioritizing Provide excellent customer service to our internal and external customers Decision making abilities with excellent customer service in verbal and written communication Maintain professionalism in dealing with senior professionals inside and outside the company Your Education High School Diploma or GED required Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Business preferred
