We are seeking a proactive and highly motivated **In-Person Sales Development Representative (SDR)** to join our team in South Texas. This contract position requires a commitment of up to three months, with the potential for extension based on performance and business needs. As an **In-Person SDR** , you will play a key role in building relationships with restaurant owners, gathering valuable insights about their businesses, and initiating the partnership process.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **In-Person Visits (60%)**
2. Conduct on-site visits to prospective restaurant partners within your assigned territory.
3. Initiate conversations and build strong relationships with restaurant owners, understanding their needs.
4. Gather insights about the restaurant’s ownership structure, operations, and current third-party delivery usage.
5. Identify and document objections or concerns that may prevent restaurants from partnering, providing actionable findings.
6. Travel 60-80 miles and stay overnight as needed to conduct visits.
7. **Meeting Setup (20%)**
8. Engage with restaurant owners to schedule follow-up meetings with account representatives.
9. Generate excitement about the value proposition and potential partnership opportunities.
10. Foster relationships and build interest in the offerings.
11. **Information Gathering and Reporting (10%)**
12. Collect key business information such as ownership structure, delivery needs, and existing partnerships with competitors.
13. Log all findings into the CRM system in a timely and accurate manner.
14. Provide valuable insights to help drive future sales strategy and inform outreach efforts.
15. **Follow-Up and Administrative Work (10%)**
16. Conduct follow-up calls or emails to confirm appointments and nurture leads generated through in-person visits.
17. Collaborate with the broader sales team to share insights, align strategies, and refine outreach efforts.
**Qualifications and Skills:**
+ Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships quickly.
+ Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role.
+ Comfortable with in-person visits and working independently.
+ Ability to work efficiently and manage time effectively while meeting targets.
+ Familiarity with CRM systems and reporting tools.
+ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
+ Ability to gather and analyze business data to drive sales strategies.
+ Must have a reliable mode of transportation and be willing to travel within the assigned territory.
+ Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

**Pay Details:** $20.00 per hour
