Primary Responsibilities:

SALES Achieve growth through account acquisitionIdentify target accounts and execute business development strategy by leveraging internal and external resourcesConduct in-person and virtual meetings with key decision makers and influencers to convey the value of Aston Carter’s solutionsMaximize profitability by effectively negotiating bill rates and terms

 

Service

Drive growth by expanding current account relationshipsPartner with clients to strategically advise on hiring strategies and seek feedback to optimize performanceBuild and maintain relationships within accounts by providing quality talentProactively market resumes of ideal candidates

 

Leadership

Proactively communicate account knowledge and activity to educate teamManage and develop business partnership with recruiter(s) by reinforcing recruiting fundamentals, requiring accountability, and providing consistent feedback

 

Supervisory or Management Responsibilities:

Executes supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.  Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Aston Carter offers a base salary of $60,000-$60,000 with unlimited earning potential through weekly commissions. Additional benefits include (but not limited to):
