Salesperson (Outside Sales) is responsible for driving business growth by identifying and securing new clients who require contract manufacturing services for capsules and powders.

Direct Hire position$60,000.00 /annuallyFirst ShiftNew Client AcquisitionIdentify and engage prospective clients in the nutraceutical industry who need contract manufacturing for capsules and powders.Leverage an established network of industry contacts to generate new business opportunities.Develop and execute strategic plans to target potential clients through networking, industry events, and outreach.Schedule and conduct in-person and virtual meetings to present ACB’s capabilities and services.Client Relationship ManagementAct as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction.Gather all necessary project information from clients, including product formulas, desired quantities, and packaging components, to facilitate the quoting process.Introduce new prospective clients to the ACB team through telephone conferences or in-person meetings, highlighting the company’s strengths and expertise.Build strong relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations to foster trust and loyalty.Collaboration with Internal TeamsWork closely with Project Management to ensure client expectations align with production timelines, materials, and operational capabilities.Coordinate with the Customer Service and Inside Sales team to ensure that gathered information is complete and organized for accurate quoting.Communicate effectively with R&D and other internal teams to ensure all project-specific requirements are addressed.Account ExpansionWork with new and existing clients to identify opportunities for new products to expand client’s offerings.Enhance customer loyalty by providing exceptional service and exploring ways to expand the scope of work with current accounts.Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets, focusing on acquiring new clients and growing existing accounts.Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress in the company’s CRM system.Provide regular updates to the Head of Sales on performance, market trends, and customer feedback.Outside Sales Rep Qualifications:
Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience in the nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing industries.Proven ability to generate new business and expand existing client accounts.A strong network of industry contacts and potential clients.Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to gather and relay detailed project information accurately.Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities.Proficiency with CRM software and basic knowledge of ERP systems.We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and celebrate diversity at all levels of our organization.
