Our client is seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to drive their mission of delivering top-quality firetrucks and ambulances to Fire Departments and EMS Agencies throughout Kansas. **What You’ll Do:** + Travel within your designated territory (state of Kansas) to engage with prospects and customers. + Conduct daily calls and face-to-face meetings to promote exceptional products. + Build and nurture strong relationships with both new and existing clients. + Represent the commitment to quality and service in every interaction. **Who You Are:** + You possess a High School Diploma or GED. + You have a valid driver’s license (required) + You have a valid CDL B is license (required) + Experience in sales is a plus, but a background in fire department operations is essential (firefighter, EMT, etc.) + You have excellent interpersonal skills and can work independently. + Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and thrive in a dynamic environment. + Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must. + Proficiency in MS Office. **What We Offer:** + Competitive base salary plus commission = $40K/yr. base + 20% commission (average OTE is $100K +) + Expense account, cell phone, and computer for business use. + Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance. + 401(k) plan with company match. + Generous Paid Time Off (PTO). + Comprehensive paid training program.
