Outside Sales Representative

Position Overview: As the Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and market expansion for our client's hot pressed steel and pickled steel products across the region. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for exceeding customer expectations. Responsibilities: 1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and increase market share. 2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining and nurturing existing client relationships. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. 4. Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. 5. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to key decision-makers. 6. Coordinate and participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our client's products and services. 7. Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and market developments to senior management. Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred). 2. Currently selling specially hot-rolled and/or pickled steel, and can bring an active book of business. 3. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth. 4. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to build strong customer relationships. 5. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. 6. Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time (territory = 500 miles from your home). 7. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Benefits: 1.
