Outside Sales Representative B2B

QuestMark is hiring an experienced B2B Outside Sales Representative in the commercial flooring industry - specifically with experience with Concrete Polishing and Resinous Coatings.  The main focus of this role is the sales and marketing of our installed polished concrete and epoxy flooring systems as well as our materials for end users in commercial, retail, and industrial markets. 

Signing Bonus + High Base + Commission + Quarterly Bonus + Yearly Bonus

The annual, total compensation for this territory is: $120k - $300k

Job Summary:

Responsible for account development and territory development through existing account follow up, cold calling /prospecting, telemarketing lead follow up, target marketing and business development meetings. All sales are B2BNew and existing account development, site inspections, proposal deliveries and material demonstrationsProvide them with accurate information for the creation of proposals for customersSome overnight travelSuccessful candidate should have the motivation and desire to help grow and build regional sales

 

Candidate Qualifications:

B2B sales experience in commercial flooring required; Experience with concrete polishing & resinous coatings highly preferred2 + years of past territory and account development experienceSolid qualifying and closing ability as well as a history of sales successThe ability to work successfully both individually and within a team environmentSolid time and territory management skills and a strong motivation to develop new accountsValid State driver's license (in good standing) is required
