What you will do: •Drive DOT/Pavement sales in Florida. • Partner with DOT/Pavement manufacturers to maintain and acquire necessary product approval in all DOT regions. • Cultivate the local contractor, DOT, and engineering firms' product awareness through joint product training seminars with pavement-focused manufacturers. • Works to develop strategic working relationships with sales team to track DOT lettings and project follow-up. • Promote a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, and teamwork • Build strong relationships with key accounts • Maintain effective communication with Branch Leadership to achieve common goals and drive results • Continuously build market intelligence through local industry associations, events, and vendor relationships • Leverage business technology and sales data to make informed business decisions • Champion a safety-oriented culture within the organization, ensuring that all employees comprehend and strictly follow safety protocol and procedures What you will bring: Bachelor’s degree (B.A.); or one to two years’ related experience and/or training Prior leadership in industry Spanish bilingual proficiency a plus Must have a valid driver’s license Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and team Organizational and time management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively
