Outside Services Associate 

Location: Grass Clippings Rolling Hills Golf Course - Tempe, Arizona 

$13.50/hour + tips 

About the Role: 

We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Outside Services Associates at Grass Clippings Golf Course. If you love the outdoors and thrive in a customer-focused environment, this could be the perfect role for you! 

Key Responsibilities: 

Stage and maintain golf carts to ensure they are clean, fully charged, and ready for play.  Manage the cart barn and maintain its cleanliness and organization.  Assist members and guests at the bag drop with a friendly and helpful attitude.  Oversee the practice range, ensuring it is stocked and well-kept.  Provide exceptional, cheerful customer service to enhance the guest experience.  Additional duties as assigned to support the smooth operation of the course.

Qualifications: 

A customer-first mindset with an outgoing and energetic personality.  No golf experience required—candidates with backgrounds in hospitality, customer service, retail, sales, landscaping, or other outdoor roles are encouraged to apply.  Experience in roles such as server, bartender, valet, firefighter, or EMS personnel is highly valued.
