JOB TITLE: Outside Services Manager
JOB LOCATION: Mexico City, Mexico
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as an Outsourced Operations Manager. You will be responsible for managing, developing and maintaining good relationships with suppliers.
This position will be responsible for performance, quality and financial management of suppliers, and overall SLA and Quality of Service to NCR Voyix Customers in Mexico.
The successful candidate manages selected suppliers, lead and take part in regular performance supplier reviews, assist in evaluating current delivery models versus alternatives, and working on outside spend reduction, increasing value and quality of outsourced services.
Key Responsibilities:
Supplier Service Monitoring and Evaluation:
· Track and evaluate regional / supplier service performance against agreed-upon metrics and service level agreements (SLAs);
· Identify areas of non-compliance and collaborate with suppliers to develop improvement plans.
Performance Reporting and Visualization:
· Create and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor and track supplier service performance.
· Present findings and insights to management and key stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. Conduct weekly, monthly and Quartly supplier performance meetings
Root Cause Analysis and Problem Resolution:
· Conduct root cause analysis to identify and address underlying issues impacting supplier service performance.
· Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Process Improvement:
· Continuously review and enhance the supplier service performance and reporting process;
· Identify opportunities for automation and streamline workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy;
Contract Management:
· Assist in monitoring and tracking contract performance against agreed terms, including pricing and payment terms.
Supplier Negotiations:
· Support negotiations with suppliers to optimize costs while ensuring quality and service levels are maintained.
Cost Optimization:
· Analyse and identify cost-saving opportunities through data analysis and supplier evaluation; implement cost reduction strategies.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
· Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on supplier service expectations and goals.
· Establish and maintain productive relationships with suppliers to drive performance improvements.
Financial Mangement:
· Managing overall supplier spend Vs Outlook
· Tracking and raising POs, Charges Verifications, Receipting and Tracking of Outside Spend
Quality Assurance:
· Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
· Implement measures to maintain and improve the quality and reliability of supplier service
Ad-hoc Analysis and Projects:
· Assist with ad-hoc analysis and projects related to supplier service performance as assigned by management.
· Offer insights and recommendations to drive continuous improvement in supplier service performance.
Qualifications:
· Graduate, with 5 years experience in Supplier Management
· Understanding of geographical areas and ability to utilize mapping tools
· Excellent communication skills, verbal and written as well as listening skills and assertiveness; Excellent interpersonal skills.
· Good Standard of Communication verbal and written in English as well as local language
· High attention to detail with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to multitask, take multiple inputs and make quick decisions.
· Proven ability to direct teams and make good business decisions.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
· Ability to handle difficult situations and diffuse and resolve escalations.
· Good Excel, Word and PowerPoint capabilities
· Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a plus
