We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Records Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for organizing, and maintaining both physical and electronic records in compliance with company policies and legal regulation.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Classify and organize incoming records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with organizational standards
Maintain both physical and digital filing systems to ensure records are easily retrievable.
Manage the scanning and indexing of records for electronic storage
Inputting data from various sources (paper forms, emails, spreadsheets, etc.) into company systems or databases.
REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or equivalent required
At least 2 years of experience in records management or a related field.
Knowledge of records management principles and best practices.
Experience with electronic records management systems (ERMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Ability to handle large volumes of data while maintaining accuracy
Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with others
