As an Overage, Shortage & Damages Team Member, you will be part of the team that manages the proper disposition of damaged and returned product. You will receive over-shipments and damaged product from customers and the warehouse and repack the salvageable product.

You will contribute by:

Managing the proper processing of damaged and returned productReceiving over-shipments and damaged product from customers and the warehouse to repack what is salvageable Stacking product that cannot be sold to the customers on a pallet, shrink wrapping and loading on a trailer to be shipped to another facilityMaintaining record of returned products from inbound trailers Keeping work area clean and sanitary by sweeping and mopping floors and stacking productOccasional safe lifting of varying case weight, shape, and height levelsHaving the ability and willingness to follow all material handling equipment safe operating procedures

Continually Standing, bending, pulling, lifting, pivoting up to 90% of shiftWalking various surfaces including concrete, tile, carpet, etc. Frequently lifting of product weighing between 1 - 60 lbs. or moreFrequent lifting of product ranging from floor to overheadPossibility of working on multiple levels of varying heightSafe handling of sharp objects including box cutting tools
