For information about ABM’s benefits, visit ABM 2024 Employee Benefits (https://www.abm.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/11/2024-Recruitment-Frontline-11.6.23.pdf) | Front Line Team Members | (Programa de Beneficios de ABM) **Basic Qualifications:** • Must be 18 years of age or older • No experience required and on the job, training provided • No high school diploma, GED or college degree required **Preferred Qualifications:** • Customer service experience • 1 year of similar work experience **Responsibilities:** • Clean and maintain aircrafts • Follows procedures for the use of chemical cleaners in order to prevent damage • Notify Dispatcher concerning the need for minor or major repairs • Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with clients, co-workers, shift coordinators, supervisors, managers, etc. • Comply with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures established by the Company, Clients, and regulatory authorities • Clean and dust furniture, fixtures, floors, ceilings, walls, and equipment • Clean interior partition glass, windows, glass partitions, and mirrors • Gather and empty trash • Wipe and clean tabletops, chairs, and equipment in galley areas A good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education.
