Responsibilities Clean areas, rooms, and restrooms according to department proceduresConduct walk-around of assigned areas to assure that the facility meets housekeeping standardsInteract on occasion with guests while cleaning guest and meeting rooms; assists guest as neededEnsure all lost and found items are turned in and logged on a daily basis.Ensure sanitation guidelines are maintainedQualifications 21 years of age or olderLimited to no experience requiredWorking knowledge of various cleaning utensils, dryers, vacuum cleaners, tools and fixturesAbility to work quickly under pressure and follow direction and instructionsGuest service orientedAbility to make simple addition and subtraction calculationsPhysical Requirements Frequent stair climbing, bending, stooping, reaching, kneeling, carrying, walking and standing for entire length of shiftUse of hands to operate cleaning equipment and complete scrubbing, washing dutiesOccasionally required to lift or move up to 50 poundsVisual acuity sufficient to inspect cleanliness of rooms and surfacesWorking conditions include being regularly exposed to fumes, chemicals, and noise levels that may be moderate to loudShift Details
