As a Overnight Floor Tech, you will:
Shift: 11:00PM to 7:00AM Pay: $17.00 per hour
WE LOVE OUR WORK. Routine mopping (dry and damp), buffing, burnishing, stripping and waxing on hard surface floors and stairs.Vacuuming, bonneting and extracting carpets, stairwells and upholstery.Secure the work area and post proper safety notices for other users of the space prior to beginning work.Simple maintenance tasks including, but not limited to bulb changing.Maintain and clean the floor care equipment and ensure that appropriate chemicals are being used on proper area.Physical Demands - This position will require you to stand, lift, and be physically actively during the duration of your shift. Our Floor Cleaners must be able to lift/move up to 40 pounds and operate heavy machinery.

Applicant must be at least 21 years of age.High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.Previous Housekeeping or Janitorial experience preferred.Verbal and written communication skills are strongly preferred.Good customer service skills and fluency in English is required.Ability to maintain a high level of energy, confidence, and professionalism is strongly preferred.
