We invite you to apply to join our team at the Four Seasons Hotel Chicago team as a Front Desk Supervisor!

The Front Desk Supervisor ­­­­­­­is an essential member of the Rooms division team which is dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests.

We are looking for individuals who possess a high level of attention to detail and a strong work ethic.  The ability to multitask and prioritize is also essential for this position.

Successful candidates will be a willing team player, comfortable with electronic systems and willing to accept assignments on as need basis, in order to promote team work. Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Essential Functions

Supervises overnight shift at the Front DeskWelcomes and registers hotel guests, explaining the accommodations and establishing credit or method of paymentWorks closely with the staff from all departments to assure that standards are being metResponds to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs and requests and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

Two-years luxury hotel experience.Strong supervisory skills including decision making, communication, deductive reasoning and problem solving.Exceptional communication skills and command of English language.Additional language preferred but not required.Completion of Post-Secondary Education in Hospitality or related field.Strong Customer Service, Multi-tasking, and Communication Skills.Knowledge of Opera Property Management System.Responsive to constructive feedback from hotel leadership.

Candidates must have valid work authorization for the U.S.
