Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Overnight Housekeeper to join our team in Victor, United States. As an Overnight Housekeeper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of our facility during night hours, ensuring a pristine environment for our guests and staff.

Perform thorough cleaning and sanitizing of assigned areas, including guest rooms, public spaces, and employee areasRestock supplies such as linens, toiletries, and cleaning productsHandle special cleaning requests and attend to guest needs promptly and professionallyOperate cleaning equipment and use cleaning agents safely and effectivelyReport any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnelMaintain a neat and organized storage area for cleaning supplies and equipmentCollaborate with day shift staff to ensure seamless operations and consistent cleanliness standardsAdhere to all company policies, safety procedures, and quality control standardsRespond quickly, appropriately, and calmly to emergency situations when necessary

QualificationsProven experience in cleaning and sanitizing techniquesStrong attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standardsExcellent time management skills and ability to work efficiently without direct supervisionPhysical stamina to perform cleaning tasks throughout the shiftAbility to operate various cleaning equipment and use cleaning chemicals safelyStrong communication skills and a supportive, team-oriented attitudeFlexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as requiredReliable transportation, as this is an overnight positionProfessional demeanor and commitment to providing excellent customer serviceAbility to respond quickly, appropriately, and calmly to emergency situationsPrevious housekeeping or janitorial experience (preferred)Basic maintenance skills to address minor issues (preferred)High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
