Build your career in the commercial building janitorial field! We are looking for a motivated, flexible, and professional candidate to work as an Alliance Restaurant Cleaner. You will be responsible for the successful delivery of all aspects of maintenance services in our client facilities to guarantee a spotless environment. Maintenance services include client spaces, public areas, and rest room maintenance.
Responsibilities include:
Cleaning, stocking and supplying designated facility areas; Dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, Dishwashing, restroom, and Kitchen cleaningPerforming and documenting routine inspection and maintenance activities.Carry out heavy cleaning tasks and special projects. Requirements:
You must have experience in commercial building Restaurant maintenance and cleaning.Must be available to work any shift as assigned.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.Professional appearance and communication.Ability to work Overnights, with flexibility to work additional hours and weekendsYou must be capable of standing and walking for long periods.Ability to lift to 25 lbs., to bend, reach, and carry.Ability to take direction and work in a team-oriented environment
This is a permanent position.Payrate $17.50 per hour.Overnight hoursThis is a Brightstar Maintenance union position
