This role involves operating machinery by simply pressing a button and managing pieces as they move from one station to the next. The work is repetitive and involves sitting for extended periods, offering a steady routine. **Responsibilities -** + Perform electro-mechanical subassembly and assembly operations. + Build and assemble units such as power connectors, modules, chassis drawers, cable harnesses, and electronic systems. + Operate machinery by pressing a button and handling products as they move through stations. + Maintain a steady workflow in a repetitive and fast-paced environment. + Ensure safety by adhering to basic English instructions and wearing PPE such as safety glasses. **Essential Skills/Qualifications -** + Detail-oriented with the ability to handle repetitive tasks. + Ability to operate machinery and perform general production tasks. + High School Diploma or GED + Stable work history. **Work Environment -** This position supports a new product line for a medical device company, specifically for cable connectors used in IVs in hospitals. The company is ramping up production to meet increasing demands, which is why additional shifts are being added. The work environment is characterized by a repetitive, fast-paced routine where employees sit for most of their shift.
