Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking an Overnight Production Associate to join their team. As an Overnight Production Associate, you will be part of the production department supporting the operational team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to work collaboratively, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Overnight Production Associate

Location: New Castle, PA

Pay Range: $20/hr

What's the Job?

Perform general production labor in a mill environment. Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines. Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs as required.

What's Needed?

Ability to work overnight shifts from Sunday through Thursday, 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. Strong physical stamina and capability to lift heavy objects. Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred. Ability to work effectively in a team setting. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
