Position Type: Full-Time, Overnight Shifts (8 or 12-hour shifts available)

Pay Rate: $60.00 to $65.00 per hour

We are currently seeking an Overnight RN Supervisor to join our team and make a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse to take a leadership role in overseeing the care of our residents during the overnight shift.

Key Responsibilities

Resident Care and Supervision

Administer nursing care and treatment to residents during overnight hours. Establish, implement, and evaluate resident treatment and care plans. Monitor changes in resident symptoms or behaviors and report findings to the healthcare team. Collaborate with physicians and specialists to ensure effective care plans. Educate residents on health maintenance, disease prevention, and overall wellness. Provide emotional support and counseling to residents and their families, ensuring a compassionate care environment. Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for all residents.

Leadership and Coordination

Supervise nursing staff during overnight shifts, ensuring efficient care delivery. Ensure all nursing activities comply with state regulations and facility protocols. Act as a point of contact for any urgent care needs during overnight hours. Qualifications Required: Current NYS RN license in good standing. Previous nursing experience is preferred. Familiarity with NYS Department of Health regulations and guidelines. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
