Duties:

Excellent customer service to co-workers, client employees and customers and vendors. Excellent computer skills - Security Access Control System, CCTV, Environmental Management and Control systems, and the fire alarm systems Answer and relay incoming calls to appropriate personnel. Report and take immediate action of situations posing a risk to the business, property or personnel. Check personnel, contractors, service technicians, and vendors for proper authorization to enter. Patrol campus and buildings, monitoring for conditions or situations which pose a risk to the safety/security. Respond to emergencies - medical, chemical spills, fire evacuations.

Position Requirements: 

18 years of age or older   High School Diploma or GED Required   Excellent computer / technology skills needed  Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills a plus  Customer service background preferred  Valid Driver’s license with clear driving record required. 

All candidates must be able to pass a drug test and background check
