What you'll be doing:

The Oversight Project Manager, Banking Services will be responsible for managing crucial oversight work with issuing bank partners. In this role, you will handle inquiries, facilitate audits and exams requests, and ensure that all bank-related inquiries are promptly addressed. The ideal candidate is comfortable speaking in group settings, possesses excellent organizational skills, and thrives in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment. You will collaborate with internal teams such as Legal, Compliance, and Risk, and play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing our relationships with strategic issuing bank partners. This role reports to the Head of Partner Enablement and perform tasks such as:

Maintain close relationships with issuing bank partners, acting as the primary contact for findings, inquiries and requests.

Coordinate and assist with bank audits and exams, ensuring a seamless process.

Facilitate communication between internal stakeholders to address and resolve bank inquiries effectively.

Represent Ouro in recurring meetings with issuing banks related to the workload to foster positive relationships

Transform issuing bank audits, reports, and requests into well-structured project plans 

Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including Legal, Compliance, and Risk 

Identify risks and opportunities to maintain and improve organizational relationship with the strategic issuing bank partners.

Research and assist in addressing questions from issuing bank partners related to rules and regulations.

Provide metrics and analysis on monitoring and oversight activities.

Skills and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree or above preferred ideally in Business Management, Finance.

5 or more years of relevant work experience.

Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.

Strong project management skills, with a passion for details, quality and accountability for work product delivered.

Responsible for coordinating team efforts, interacting with and supporting both internal and external business stakeholders, and assigning and managing all required project tasks to completion within project timelines 

 Continually manage expectations with internal and external stakeholders and project team members.

Introduce new processes that contribute to efficiency and productivity.

Comfortable working in a fast paced, dynamic environment with multiple competing priorities 

Superior verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Ability to independently solve problems and drive resolution 

Experience working with JIRA, Confluence highly desirable

Knowledge of Financial Services, Payments, Card issuance.

Familiarity with compliance and Federal Regulations: FFIEC, FDIC, OCC, GLBA, UDAAP, REG E, REG P, AML/BSA is beneficial.
