Establishes, cultivates, manages, and maintains the very unique relationship with the Owners in the Mammoth Lodging Collection rental program and the resort.  Responsible for owner billing and  reservations.    

Requirements

Four-year college degree preferred. 1-2 years’ experience in hospitality or resort operations required. Previous Owner Relations or Property Management experience preferred. Strong written & verbal communications required. Strong working knowledge of business software with emphasis on MS Excel, Word, Power Point, and Visual One. Strong work ethic. Ability to effectively communicate to owners, employees, and management. Ability to perform under pressure and with deadlines. Ability to solve problems using common sense and hotel policy.
