Must possess solid track record of leading vendor compliance to construction agreements, while also having the ability to handle the overall project budget and schedule for varying sized, sophisticated projects. + Onsite in Henderson, NV **What you’ll do** + Lead assigned 3PDC projects through tender and execution phase up to and including PO issuance, invoicing and closeout in an efficient and effective manner. Prepare presentation and preside in prebid and project kick off meetings. + Manage effective enforcement of Owner EHS regulations for fit out projects, review vendor safety plans and job hazard analysis per project. Identify safety hazards during fit out construction and define mitigation actions with Colocation Vendor/Service Provider. Ensure timely reporting of any safety or covid-19 incident and assist in gathering relevant information and action plans. + Review and discuss execution plan and overall schedule of the assigned 3PDC projects with the Fit out Colocation Vendor/Service Provider. Relay output of discussions with NASA DCID Program Manager. + Participate in bid pricing deliberations with the Project Controls Manager to achieve the best value cost of the project. + Provide constructability inputs on vendor technical submittals such as product data, shop drawings, material samples or mock-ups. Verify completeness of vendor submittals and compliance to RFP and Detail Design, collaborate and manage responses to submittal review/approval with Design Architectural/Engineering and/or Owner Subject Matter Experts. + Manage and coordinate resolution of design issues/changes. Assist in validating vendor claims of additional cost and time due to changes. Discuss all changes in vendor scope during Fit out execution with NASA DCID Program Manager. + Coordinate with Google partner teams in tracking the delivery status of Google-provided materials and security system devices necessary for EFA, MNR Ready, and FR milestone completion. Discuss with Colocation vendor/Service Provider mitigation plans in the event of delivery delays. + Organize and lead weekly progress meetings with Colocation vendor/Service Provider. Monitor project progress regularly. Manage to expedite resolution of site issues that may affect the planned Fit Out activities leading to the MNR Ready and FR completion dates. Discuss all major issues, in a timely manner, with NASA DCID Program Manager. + Coordinate and align with Google partner teams on specific requirements in Telecom, Electrical busway, GPS antenna and Containment systems, among others. + Prepare and finalize construction logistics plan and the EFA, MNR Ready, and FR access forms on assigned projects and ensure inclusion in the walkdown bugs. **What you’ll need** + Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred. + Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information. + Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions. + In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products or Google Suite products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. + Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mentality. + Sophisticated math skills.
