Description:

To assist the Server in all aspects of service, in a quick and efficient manner. Inform Manager on duty of any Guest opportunities. Greet Guests by offering water service and non-alcoholic beverages. Serve drinks on a tray. Bus tables at conclusion of Guests' meals by wiping off table, all chairs and booth seats. Inspect entire floor area and ensure that it is clean. Re-set tables and inspect silverware for cleanliness. Ensure that supplies in side stations are well-stocked and clean.

Qualifications:

Minimum one year restaurant experience preferred. Must display outstanding Team and Guest relations. Must be able to communicate effectively. Ability to carry loaded large and small trays.
