The Position

The P&C Continuous Improvement and Automation Expert will lead automation and continuous improvement initiatives within the People & Culture (P&C) function. This role will focus on analyzing processes, conducting automation readiness assessments, and identifying improvement opportunities with a continuous improvement lens. The ideal candidate is data-driven, self-motivated, creative, and an out-of-the-box thinker who is capable of challenging the status quo and leading the organization in growing automation capabilities. In addition to automation, this role will contribute to broader continuous improvement (CI) responsibilities to enhance efficiency, quality, and compliance within P&C.

The opportunity: 

Identify, implement, and manage automation and continuous improvement initiatives within P&C.

Conduct automation readiness assessments and process analyses to determine opportunities for RPA and other automation solutions

Design, develop, and optimize automation tools to enhance efficiency and employee experience.

Collaborate with stakeholders to address pain points and recommend scalable solutions.

Analyze process data to measure impact and drive ongoing improvements.

Lead training efforts to upskill P&C teams in automation, digital acumen, and CI methodologies.

Collaborate with P&C leadership to support compliance, audit-related activities, and risk management.

Who You Are:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Process Management, Industrial Engineering or a related field.

2+ years of experience in automation, RPA development, or process improvement.

Hands-on experience with tools like UiPath, Google App Script, or App Sheet.

Strong understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, Agile methodologies, and structured documentation.

Knowledge of HR processes and systems (Workday, ServiceNow) preferred.

Analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and ability to drive strategic initiatives.

Familiarity with AI, ML, chatbots, API integrations, and low-code/no-code platforms is a plus.
