The P&C Workflow & Testing Manager plays an integral part in the design and development of system workflows for the P&C department, inclusive of Large Commercial, Small Business, Surety, and Personal Lines. They design testing strategies aimed at identifying feedback with regards to challenges in the end-to-end process, relevancy of technical application to insurance SOPs, and level of impact to the end user’s day to day utilization of the system. Throughout the design process, they ensure that all needed workflows are designed with specific, and line of business relevant, scenarios identified to partner with training and instructional design to help document the process and guide the user through the workflow. 

What You'll Do Partners with system vendors, field users, and leadership to establish clear workflows aimed at accomplishing the goal of AssuredPartners’ servicing model for Large Commercial, Small Business, and Personal Lines, inclusive of niche market specifics. Oversee the effectiveness of all common insurance workflows and their application to each business segment, inclusive of New Business, Renewals, Audits, Endorsements, Proofs of Insurance, and other frequent tasks of an Account ManagerWork with end users and Product to identify unique insurance processes that require documented workflows to establish the most effective and streamlined way of accomplishing these tasks, for example multi-carrier schedules, entity and multi-tenant billing, and other risk-specific workflows. Lead and complete initial testing of all system workflows prior to end-user acceptance testing to determine the number of clicks within the workflow, average time to complete, workflow documentation accuracy, system configuration accuracy, and overall end-user efficiency.Identifies cross-product integration workflows and documents steps within each product, outlining where products interact and specifics of any integration, inclusive of lag times, sync times, data points, and other integration items.Partners with the Design Project Manager to tracks all workflow design parking lot and action items, determining next steps Design end-user testing strategy for all P&C products and their workflows, inclusive of partnering with training and instructional design on content development, testing schedules, system-specific requirements, and partners with IT to ensure testers have proper access. Tracks end-user feedback from workflow testing to identify areas of improvement within designed workflows or system configuration. Other duties as assigned.  What's in it For You?
