Job Title: Drafter

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Drafter with extensive experience in the process industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong experience in P&ID drafting and proficiency in AutoCAD. This contract role offers the opportunity to work on projects around the world and may lead to a longer-term position based on performance.

ResponsibilitiesLearn BRISCAD software.Receive mark-ups from the Process department and create new P&IDs or revise existing ones.Review and interpret piping drawings.Understand and utilize the AutoCAD library.Tag items using AutoCAD.Apply all P&ID symbology.Produce detailed 2D drawings.Essential SkillsDraftingAutoCADInstrumentationPipingP&ID drafting5 years of experience in the process industry (chemical, gas, hydrochemical, or petrochemical)Excellent proficiency in AutoCADAdditional Skills & QualificationsStrong experience in P&ID draftingExperience with 2D drawingsWork Environment

The role requires working 5 days a week in the office from 8 AM to 5 PM. You will have your own desktop at the office and will not need to bring any additional equipment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.
