Are you a skilled HR systems expert with a passion for driving efficiency and business transformation? Do you have the ability to optimize HR processes, enable system adoption, and support data-driven decision-making? We are looking for a P&O System Analytics & Enablement Manager (Central) to enhance the effectiveness of AniCura’s HR systems and analytics framework.
As a key member of the P&O Systems and Analytics Team , you will play a crucial role in supporting system implementations, integrations, and enhancements to ensure a seamless HR experience.
Your mission? To empower AniCura’s HR teams and business leaders with efficient system management, qualitative data, and actionable insights.

+ Languages: Proficiency in English (additional European languages are meritorious)
+ Key Stakeholders: HR Superusers, Business Leaders, IT Teams, Mars Veterinary Health (MVH), Payroll Teams
Roles & Responsibilities:
This role supports local P&O system superusers, ensuring quick resolution of system issues and minimal disruption to business operations. Key responsibilities include auditing system usage for data quality, optimizing system understanding, identifying training needs, and supporting local/central training efforts. The role serves as the primary contact for P&O system case management between AniCura and MVH, assists in system updates validation, and supports business analytics with strategic data. Additionally, it includes functional responsibility for WD-Integrations, supporting projects like HALO and Cornerstone, and managing Workday implementation projects for new modules and countries.
System Optimization & Support:
+ Act as the primary point of contact for P&O system case management, ensuring efficient resolution of system-related issues.
+ Audit operational system use to ensure adherence to data policies, payroll accuracy, and compliance requirements.
+ Provide ongoing support, training, and guidance to local HR system superusers to enhance system adoption.
+ Optimize system understanding and usage through continuous training programs, documentation updates, and coaching.
+ Validate and test system updates to ensure seamless integration into production environments.
Process Improvement & Digital Transformation:
+ Lead Workday implementation projects for new system modules and system onboarding for new countries.
+ Support business analytics by ensuring access to qualitative, standardized, and actionable data for strategic decision-making.
+ Enable P&O process automation to reduce time spent on administrative tasks in clinics.
+ Collaborate with integration teams to enhance system connectivity with HR platforms like Workday, Quinyx, Cornerstone, and Mobile Expense.
Compliance & Data Stewardship:
+ Ensure HR system compliance with GDPR, labor laws, payroll regulations, and Mars governance.
+ Act as the P&O Data Steward, ensuring data consistency, security, and proper governance.
+ Analyze HR data trends and provide insights for business reporting, workforce planning, and system enhancements.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:
+ Serve as a key contact for HR analytics, integration teams, IT, payroll providers, and external vendors.
+ Work closely with the AniCura Leadership Team to align system capabilities with business objectives.
+ Represent AniCura in discussions with Mars Veterinary Health on HR system integration and best practices.
Education & Professional Qualifications:
+ University degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in HR, Business Administration, IT, or related fields.
+ Experience working with HR systems (preferably Workday) and workforce management tools.
+ Familiarity with HR process automation, system integration, and compliance requirements.

What We’re Looking for:
+ 5+ years of experience in HR systems management, process automation, or digital transformation.
+ Experience with Workday, Quinyx, or similar HR platforms.
+ Strong data management, reporting, and analytics skills.
+ Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
+ Fluency in English (additional languages are a meritorious).
