The Hospitality Assistant position exists to provide stewardship for all aspects of serving couples through food service and housekeeping. Essential Duties/Responsibilities: Food Service: + Prepares meals from predetermined menus for intensives, retreats, and special events + Serves, interacts, and is sensitive to the needs of the couples and guests + Maintains cleanliness of kitchen and dining area, daily + Observes and follows all Health Department Codes + Attends and maintains Chemical Training Housekeeping: + Maintains the cleanliness of Guest Cabins; general cleaning of bedroom, bathroom, sitting area, and outside sitting area + Maintains the cleanliness of all guest and staff spaces throughout the property, including main hospitality center, administrative offices, counseling rooms, bathrooms, and chapel.
