Finance P2P Business Partner
Your role and responsibilitiesIn this role you will act as the primary point of contact for the businesses and management for all IC (Inter-company) related matters. You will collaborate with the Global R2R (Record to Report) Process Owner and the IC Delivery Manager in Finance and Accounting Operations Hub in Bangalore.Furthermore, you will manage relationships with other stakeholders and counter-parties as well as drive internal review meetings to ensure that IC services are defined and delivered in the right scope.Reporting to the P2P Business Partner you will provide key assistance to the business, ensuring accurate tracking and processing of transactions.The work model for the role is hybrid. #LI-HybridYou will be mainly accountable for:•\tDriving harmonization and standardization of Intercompany activities as well as providing support for the resolution of important/complex IC cases•\tBeing the local subject matter expert for projects and initiatives as well as the point of contact in Switzerland / Headquarters for internal and external audits and other statutory proceedings•\tUndertaking project management of initiatives in line with global direction and strategy•\tMonitoring the performance of the Intercompany operations executed for both Switzerland and Headquarters•\tCoordinating with other stakeholders (e.g. procurement, treasury, etc.) to align on priorities and issue resolution as well as aligning with local and Group Finance stakeholders (e.g. Group Finance Process Owners, O2C and R2R business partners, etc.) on common topics•\tContributing to ensuring compliance with internal accounting, reporting and control guidelines as well as external regulatory requirements
Qualifications for the role\tDegree in Finance & Accounting or further education in accounting or similar\t8+ years of experience in the fields of Accounts Payable and Project Management, Intercompany\tProject management certification (PMP, Prince 2 or Lean Six Sigma) preferable\tProficiency in Excel VBA: Process Modelling Improvement as well as proven experience in Process Automation\tKnowledge of SAP FI/MM, Celonis, PowerBi and BW\tProven experience working in cross functional organization and projects, including working with remote Shared Service Centers\tExperience in leadership and general accounting / Record-to-Report is a plus\tA solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills as well as profound stakeholder management skills\tFluency in English, German language skills are a plus
