P2P SAP Solution Designer

We are currently looking for a P2P SAP Solution Designer, who provide functional and technical expertise in identifying, analyzing, and evaluating requirements for Supply Chain applications including: ERP Procurement, Material Management, Manufacturing, and other systems. This position is a hybrid role based out of our corporate headquarters in Lisle. Responsibilities Lead /co-ordinate cross-functional teams to address the systems, issues, and strong initiative to learn new systems. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand P2P requirements and translate them into SAP solutions. Collaborate with all cross functional teams to implement and deploy the end-to-end Global ERP solution leveraging Agile Methodology Create detailed functional specifications for ABAP developments (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms). Provide support for SAP P2P systems, including troubleshooting issues, resolving incidents, and implementing enhancements. Documenting and coordinating project go-live activities and performing post project go-live support. Plan and manage ongoing enhancements, upgrades and support of SAP ecosystems while establishing best practices in governance, risk mitigation and audit compliance. Design scalable solutions to meet business needs and system configuration. Prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment. Responsible for financial controls, responding to internal/external audit requests, ensuring corporate policy and SOX compliance in all phases of the business processes. Trains, guides and mentors other professionals or colleagues with less experience. Determines methods and procedures on new assignments and may coordinate activities of other personnel, lead functional teams or projects, and serve as a best practice/quality resource. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree At least 12 years of experience analyzing, designing, evaluating, modifying, testing and implementing enterprise-wide systems or business experience using ERP applications At least 2 years lead experience OR Master's degree At least 8 years of experience analyzing, designing, evaluating, modifying, testing and implementing enterprise-wide systems or business experience using ERP applications At least 2 years lead experience OR At least 14 years of experience analyzing, designing, evaluating, modifying, testing and implementing enterprise-wide systems or business experience using ERP applications At least 2 years lead experience Additional Requirements Qualified candidates, excluding current Navistar employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. Navistar does not anticipate providing employment related work sponsorship for this position (e.g., H-1B status) Desired Skills Experience in an SAP P2P environment demonstrating highly competent abilities in standard software development life cycle management and project management techniques and methodologies. SAP P2P SME with hands-on configuration experience in SAP P2P modules including: SAP MM (Material Management), SAP IM (Inventory Management), SAP PP (Production Planning), SAP APO (SAP Advanced Planner & Optimizer), Ariba and OpenText solutions. Should have a deep understanding of SAP P2P processes and extensive experience in implementing, configuring, and optimizing SAP systems to support end-to-end P2P processes. Strong experience in the areas of SAP-APO, SAP-P2P, Sub con process, and STO process, covering business process mapping, blueprinting, assessment, designing, reengineering, gap analysis configuration, testing, and documentation. Solid understanding of STO, MRP (Material Requirements Planning), PO, EDI, and Inter/intra-company and 3PL scenarios. Strong experience of MM/PP Master-data (Material Master, Bill of Materials, Work Center, Routing, Production Version, Production Resources and Tools Solid understanding process integration with Finance, Costing, Inventory Management, Procurement, Sales and Warehouse Management Strong experience supporting Logistics Invoice Verification, SAP MM P2P, and FI A/P. Experience in SAP S4 Hana and minimum 3 years of experience as a P2P lead is preferred. Solid understanding and experience of integrating SAP P2P module with other SAP modules like FICO, SD, PP, PS Advanced experience with designing and implementing systems/applications solutions. Demonstrated analytical skills, Excel and PowerPoint presentation skills. Experience with system management processes, business requirements gathering, solution design and configuration, and user acceptance testing. Experience creating business process diagrams including business process procedures as necessary. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization. Extensive experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Full-lifecycle SAP implementation experience with Hybrid and Agile methodology framework and related business processes Advanced experience with designing and implementing systems/applications solutions. Strong knowledge of Waterfall, Agile and hybrid methodologies, Ability to deal effectively with ambiguity and changing priorities. Ability to embrace change and assist others in accepting and moving forward with new systems and processes. Work collaboratively with multiple teams within Business and IT organizations. Ability to multi-task on multiple projects Experience with developing Queries, SQL extracts, and updating queries as required by Business Users. Company Overview Navistar, Inc.
