P2P Systems Administrator

The P2P System Administrator will support the overall operations of the P2P team, in maintenance, training, publishing key reports/KPI, and provide end-user support. The expected pay rate is $85K/YR. Your activities Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of the P2P tool. Manage the Service Now help desk ticketing tool. Responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting and resolving any user related issues. Train users (Requesters and Budget Holders) on the E2E (end to end) P2P process and Ivalua work flows. Create and keep updated the user profile in P2P application. Provide on-going end-user support via video calls. Lead weekly calls with all end-users to respond to system and process related questions. Upload, test, maintain and update supplier hosted catalogs. Configure, test, and deploy supplier punchouts. Lead UAT testing as needed for development of existing tool or when implanting a new software. Test and deploy supplier cxml invoices. Maintain and update data management tables, including mapping of tables (using ETLs). Create and maintain SQL queries for reports/KPIs as requested by management; weekly and monthly. Manage the P2P tool extranet by reporting issues to developers, and test resolutions in testing and production environments. Recommend and manage new enhancements on the design, test, and validate any new system configurations. Create or modity basic configurations, including back-end workflows (SQL required). Manage and lead the system upgrades by developing UAT scripts, configurations, testing, and deployment to Production. Monitor and troubleshoot interface errors with SAP. Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, and Fleet that the P2P application supports all business processes in the areas of Requisitions, Purchase orders, Receipts, and Invoices. Support Accounting team in the monthly accruals by extracting reports and removing any false accruals. Create/maintain standard operating procedures to assure all processes are properly documented and updated Work with P2P Managers to ensure improvement gains are sustained. Your profile Preferably at least 3-5 years experience in related field.
