Opportunity Overview: P6 Scheduler – Surry, VA – 12 Month + Contract Role

 

We have an exciting contract opportunity for a P6 Scheduler with Westinghouse! This position will support development of Westinghouse project schedules for a construction project at Surry Nuclear Plant in Surry, VA. This is a contract role for 12 months with the possibility to extend.

 

What your day-to-day looks like:

 

Focus will be on supporting the development of Westinghouse project schedules Work closely with planners and project managers to ensure scheduling for the construction team supports the project work effectively Ensure the schedules will keep project on track Be versed in Primavera P6 schedules and fundamentals (logic, duration, resource loading, etc.)

 

What we need to see from you:       

 

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or nuclear engineering preferred but not required 3+ years of Experience of demonstrated experience in scheduling Strong problem solving, communication, excel, power point and presentation skills Experience with nuclear fuel products, fuel manufacturing, licensing, safety analysis, nuclear design engineering, construction products is preferred
