UPMC North Central PA has an opening for a full-time (12 hour shifts) Trauma/Acute Care Physician Assistant in the Level 2 Trauma Department of Williamsport Regional Medical Center. The ideal candidate will possess Trauma Surgery or Critical Care background and have prior experience at an acute care facility.

Rotating holiday coverage Flexible scheduling options  Variety of inpatient, outpatient and surgical first assist opportunities Perform procedures, inpatient rounding, preoperative assessment and planning, post-operative discharge planning, evaluation of ED trauma patients, evaluate and develop treatment plans for outpatient  ACS/trauma patients (surgical and nonoperative management), serve as first assist in OR.
